How long will my meals last?

Fresh meals will last for up to 12 days in the fridge from the day of delivery, or up to 12 weeks in the freezer if frozen upon delivery. Some snacks may have a longer shelf life. Always check the Used By date before consumption.

How do my meals stay fresh?

My Body Fuel sources the freshest produce that is cooked, packaged and delivered.

We seal our meals using “Modified Atmosphere Packaging“. Like vacuum sealing, this process removes oxygen from the meals and allows the product to stay fresh naturally for as long as possible.


What if I have food allergies?
We suggest checking each meal’s ingredient list thoroughly before ordering. Our chefs take the highest care possible, however traces of allergy prone ingredients may still be present as all our meals are produced in the same kitchen.


Does MyBodyFuel cater to vegetarian/vegans?
Yes. Please have a look at our vegetarian menu


Will I receive exactly what is shown in the image?
All components in our meals are individually weighed to your macro requirements, which means the quantity may vary from the images.


I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered?
The My Body Fuel team is highly dedicated to packing all the meals we send out each week., however please call or email us if there is an issue with your order. If you have set up a recurring order and there is an item missing, it may no longer be available and may have replaced with a different meal.


Are your meals Halal?

All proteins used by My Body Fuel are halal.



How do I order?
Simply browse our menu, add individual meals or meal plans to your shopping cart, and head to the checkout when you’re ready – you can purchase with a credit card or PayPal!

Do I need to sign a contract?
There are NO lock-in contracts. That means you can order weekly or whenever suits your needs.

Is there a minimum order?
We have a minimum spend of $50 per order.

When do I have to order and pay by?
Orders close on Monday at Midnight for the following weeks deliveries. Payments are made at the time of ordering. If you have set up a recurring payment you will be charged on the Friday before the Monday cut off.



How do I pay?
At the online checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details – we accept PayPal. If you would like to pay via Credit Card please contact us.

What if my payment is declined?

You’ll receive a notification on the checkout page that your payment has declined.

If payment fails on a recurring order, your order won’t be processed, and you’ll receive an email notification letting you know your payment has failed.. We accept no responsibility for fees or charges for overdrawn accounts, so please check with your financial institution.



Where does My Body Fuel delivery?
We deliver to over 1500 suburbs. Please check our delivery finder to see if we deliver to your area.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to our partner pick up locations. $15 per delivery with an additional $5 per additional box.

When is delivery?
Sydney Metro, Wollongong, South Coast & Canberra is delivered on Friday.

Central Coast is delivered on Monday.

Newcastle is delivered on Tuesday.

What time will my order be delivered?
Please contact us if you need a delivery window.

What happens if I can’t pick up my meals from my pick- up location?
My Body Fuel cannot take responsibility for meals that have not been picked up.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Nope. Your My Body Fuel meals will be delivered with ice packs which can hold a safe temperature for up to 8 hours.

Note: This recommended timeframe is weather dependent and will decrease in warmer weather. Please ensure you refrigerate your items as soon as possible.

Your delivery will generally be left at your front door, gate, or office reception unless you have advised a specific location in the ‘delivery notes’ when placing your order.

Note: The delivery label has your name, address visible. Should there be any dogs present at your delivery address, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible without entering the premises. The safety of our drivers is very important to us.

What if I live in a gated complex or high-risee building?

Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex (such as a code or buzzer), or if it’s okay to leave your order at the reception or front gate. If you haven’t left any specific instructions, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible.


How do I recycle my delivery box, liner and icepack?

Packaging – Containers and Sleeves can be recycled simply by placing in your recycling bin.

Film & Liner – Take to any local supermarket with a RedCycle collection point for recycling.

Boxes – Our cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable, simply put in your recycling bin so they can be brought back to life.

Will you re-use my delivery box, liner and icepack?

We’re happy to pick back up your insulation liner, ice packs and box from your previous delivery when we deliver your new box. Simply leave these out where your box is normally delivered. We’ll reuse as much of this packaging as possible and recycle anything that we can’t.
